Design concept of double-duty drill for site investigation and placer exploration

工程勘察钻机和砂矿钻机之间具有许多共同之处。其钻探的对象都是第四纪覆盖层,孔深和钻孔结构基本相同。根据采用不同钻进方法的需要,都要求钻机具备多种的钻进功能。但是各自又有不同的用途和特点。因此,本文根据积木原理,设计了一种积木式的组合钻机,通过更换不同的部件和装置以适应工程勘察和砂矿钻探的多种用途。

Site investigation drill and placer exploration drill have much in common. The drilling objectives of these two drills are all the Quaternary overburden.The depth and structure of bore-hole are basically the same.According to the reguirements of different drilling method, both of the drills are reguired to have multiple drilling functions.But each of the drills has different applications and features on the basis of modular design, a combination-type drill which suits a multipurpose of site investigation and placer exploration by changing some components and units is designed.
