高等教育人性化是当今世界高等教育发展的趋势。中国有着人性化教育的优良传统。要实现高等教育人性化,必须因材施教,尊重学生的个性发展,对学生实行人性化管理,激发大学生的学习兴趣和学习热情,促进他们在德智体诸方面都得到发展。

To humanize higher education is a worldwide trend, and in this respect China boasts a long history of fine tradition. In order to humanize higher education, competence-based instruction must be practiced, and development of students' personality should be closely attended to. Besides, humanized management of students is necessary, through which students' learning interests can be aroused and their all-round growth is possible.
