本文从公共借阅权的基本定义和发展过程出发,着重探讨了实施公共借阅权对图书馆的影响以及实施公共借阅权中亟待解决的相关问题,并阐述了笔者对公共借阅权在我国是否具有可行性问题的思考,提出了一些建议。

Based on the definition and the history,of public lending fight,this article emphatically discuses the effect of exercising public lending right on libraries and the problems to be solved badly.In addition,it expounds the author's viewpoint on the feasibility of enjoying public lending right in China.
