摘要
用直径0.2mm 的尼龙线经颈内动脉可逆性插入到大脑前动脉,建立了大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型。经 TTC 染色、印度墨水灌流和血脑屏障损伤的观察,证实该模型能较好地模拟脑缺血与再灌注的病理发展过程。且不需开颅,方法简单。
A model of reginal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established in rat by reversibly insering a nylon thread 0.2mm in diameter into the anterior cerebral artery through the in- ternal carotid artery.It was confirmed by TTC histochemical stein,india ink solution perfused through the left ventricle of heart,and examination of BBB permeabillity that this model was very well simulated the pathological process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Also the model need not to be cranictomized so the intercranial envi- ronment was not disturbed by surgery itself.
