摘要
为提高激光加工数控系统的编程效率,减少编程过程中的人为误差,开发了面向激光加工的图形交互自动编程系统。该系统利用AutoCAD的DXF文件获取图形几何信息,生成优化的激光加工轨迹,输出并校验数控代码,并可以进行加工轨迹的仿真。系统界面友好、工作可靠,具有较好的实用价值。
In order to improve programming efficiency of laser processing NC system and reduce user artificial program ming errors,a laser processing oriented automatic programming system is developed with Visual C++6.0which picks up entity information from DXF files,generates optimized processing path,outputs and verifies the NC code,and then performs code simulation.The system with easy operation and friendly user interface proved to be practical.
