STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHANGING OF PLASMA MEDIUM MOLECULAR SUBSTANCE CONTENT AND FIBRINOGEN CONCENTRATION IN THE ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

研究目的探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血浆中分子物质(MMS)含量的变化及其与纤维蛋白原浓度的关系。研究设计测定18例 AMI 患者和50例正常人血浆 MMS 含量及纤维蛋白浓度,对测定结果进行统计学处理,并计算出AMI 患者 MMS 含量与纤维蛋白原浓度的相关性。研究单位一附院心内科研究对象 AMI 患者18例,男17例,女1例。年龄34～75岁,平均55.

Study Objective To seatch for the relationship between the changing of plasma medium molecular substances(MMS)content and fibrinogen concentrtion in the acute myocardial infarction. Design The content of MMS and fibrinogen concentration were determined in 18 pa- tients with AMI and in 50 cases normal persons,and the statistical treatment of determi- nation results was carried out,and calculated the relativity between the content of MMS and fibrinogen concentration in the patient with AMI. Setting Department of Cardiovascular,the First Affiliated Hospital. Patients and Other Participants 18 cases of AMI,17 males and 1 female,the range of age was 34～75 years old,the average of age was 55.4 year old.All of them was corre- sponding with diag nostic standard of WHO.All the 50 cases of control group which were investi gated were healthy,25 males and 25 femals,the range of age was 26～45 years old,the average of age was 35 years old. Interventions The venous blood of 18 cases with AMI after attacking from the second to the third day and 5O cases normal persons were drawnn.The plasma MMS content was measured with the method of ultraviolet absorption which was improved by the first Army Medical University.The Plasma fibrinogen concentration was determined with method of Biaret. Meaasurement and Result The both plasma MMS content and fibrinogen concentra- tion in the AMI group were higher than the normal control of group (P<0.01,P<0.001 respectirely),and the relation of the plasma MMS content with fibrinogen concentration showed direct correlation(r=0.4998,P<0.05). Conclusion The plasma MMS content of the patients with AMI is higher than normal persons,and showed direct ratio with plasma fibrinogen contration.It is very useful to measure the plasma MMS content for diagnosing,judging the facts and prognosis of AMI.
