牛磺酸及铁营养对大鼠智能发育的影响

EFFECT OF TAURINE AND IRON NUTRITION ON THE INTELLIGNECE DEVELOPMENT IN INFFANT RAT.

牛磺酸及铁营养状况对断乳大鼠学习及记忆能力的影响,分两个实验阶段,一为缺铁性贫血(IDA)动物模型复制阶段,二为 IDA 大鼠恢复阶段。经5周恢复试验,然后观察大鼠大脑发育情况。结果表明牛磺酸及铁营养对断乳大鼠的智能发育有协同促进作用。揭示此项研究对婴幼儿 IDA 的防治及促进大脑的发育有一定的临床实用意义。

The study of the effects of Taurine and iron nutrition on the intelligence development of infant rat was reported in the article.The investigation was divided into two phases.The first was to make model of iron-deficiency anemia(IDA)in infant rats,and the second was to recovery phase from the IDA rats.It was observed that the intelligence development of infant rats was different between groups through the five-week regeneration period.The results show that Taurine and rion nutrition can give a synegistic anxo-action on the intel- ligence development in infant rat.It is suggested that this study be of clinical significance for proventing and treating IDA in infants and children,and Taurine and iron nutrition are benefacial to cerebral development.
