重度妊高征对围产儿的影响

THE EFFECTS OF PREGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION ON PERINATAL INFANT

本文介绍重度妊高征524例(其中先兆子痫410例,子痫114例)。其低体重儿62例,发病率为11.83%。围产儿死亡总数28人,死亡率为53.44‰。以早产及原发性高血压并妊高征者围产儿死亡率最高。

524 cases of severe pregnancy-induced hypertention,410 patients with preeclampsia and 114 patients with eclampsia are reported.Among of them,62 infant were low birth weight newborn (11.83%).The total perinatal death were 28 infant and the perinatal mortality was 5.344 percent.The mortality was the highest in premature infant and infant whose mother suffered from essential hypertension complicated pregnancy-induced hypertension.
