摘要
大剂量精制蝮蛇抗栓酶(原抗栓酶-3,svate-3)加普鲁卡因颈动脉注射后继以静脉滴注,治疗急性脑梗塞60例,有效率93.3%,较低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参组(有效率70%)疗效明显(p<0.05)。见效时间较后者明显加快(p<0.005),因而使疗程缩短,较为经济。本法对血液流变学有一定的影响。
sixty cases of cerebral infarction in acute stage were treated with large dose of svate-3 and procaine injected in commen cartic artery and dropped slowly in vein thereafter.The results show that the effective rate of treatment group is 93.3% and higher than control group (p<0.05);the effection occurs earlier signiticantly than tbe controls (p<0.05); and the index of hemorrheology is improved.Therefor the course of treatment is shortened with this method and it is economical.
