摘要
本文服告有关泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤与多原发癌(MPC)例,其中男8例,女1例,年龄17～75岁),平均年龄47.1岁,均经病检确诊。由于人类寿命的延长,MPC有增多趋势,其危险性亦渐增加。对泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤患者,要注意第二、三原发癌的发生。作者结合文献复习,对MPC的病因、发生率、生长特点、临床意义、治疗及预后作了简要的讨论。
Nine cases of malignant tumor and multiple primary carcinoma (MPC) in genito-urinary system were presented, 8 male and 1 female with the age from 17 to 75 yr old.The diagnosis was ascertained pathologically in all cases.With the prolonging span-life in the general population, the incidence of multiple primary malignant neoplasm of the urogenital system is showing a tend of going up. A second and third primary malignancy elsewhere should be considered in patients with a known urological malignancy. The cause, incidence, clinical course, clinical significance, treatment and prognosis of MPC were discussed in combination with reviewing the current literatures.
