摘要
使用小白鼠作为甲基汞中毒模型动物,探讨中毒后的解毒药物。结果提示,亚硒酸钠可以用来对抗甲基汞中毒的临床症状,使体内汞含量明显降低,降低幅度为50%以上。骨髓细胞微核数的出现率减少1.6‰(p<0.01),具有统计学意义。同时使用小白鼠作为甲基汞中毒的模型动物,还具有简便、经济、易于操作、占用空间小等优点。
In order to research detoxication of antidote against the methylmercury toxicosis, we use small white mice as model animal of methylmercury toxicosis. The result shows that it is very convenient, economical and easier method to be operated with mice for experiment. We also found in the experiment that selenium can be served as antidote against clinical symptom of methylmercury toxicosis.So that it can reduce the amount of Hg in the body, the reduction of Hg in the body is more than 50%, and the Frequency of Micronuclei in bone marrow erythrocytes from mice, reduce up to 1.6% (P<0.01).
