摘要
并联机床是新一代的先进制造装备 ,如何扩大其使用功能、实现商品化工业应用是目前的一个实际问题。以方便中小企业使用、增加其市场竞争力为目标 ,基于并联机床进行了零件数字化系统的设计研究。采用五轴混联机构的并联机床作为零件数字化的测量执行装置 ,基于信息集成思想进行了系统总体及软硬件部分的设计 ,实现了并联机床的数字化控制 ;将零件数字化和零件造型过程相集成 ,基于特征技术进行了数字化过程规划。
It is important to expand the parallel machine tool function and realize its application in industry. Based on parallel machine tool, a kind of part numeric system is developed in order to benefit middle-small enterprises. The five-axis parallel mechanism is used as the executive device for measurement. The part measurement is integrated with part modeling for the numeric control and measurement planning of the system.
