猕猴大脑中动脉中央支的衰老性变化——透射电镜观察

摘要 本研究利用透射电镜方法对9只雄性猕猴大脑中动脉中央支的增龄改变进行了观察,发现该动脉的主要变化有:内膜的局限性增厚并向管腔内突出;中膜平滑肌细胞的局部变性和向内膜侵入;内皮细胞的脱失。结果显示该动脉随增龄发生结构上的改变,这些改变为探讨该动脉最易受累的形态学基础,脑血管疾病的病因学及其发病机理提供了形态学资料。 In this experiment, nine healthy male rhesus monkeys were used. These animal were divided into three groups: the young group aged from 2—4 years old, adult 10~13 and old 18~22. The central branches (CB) of middle cerebral artery were investigated by transmission electron microscope.The most important aging changes in CB as fellow: (1) Endoth elial broke away from the wall; (2) Thickened intima tunica protruded into the lumen in many area.The protrusions were made up of thickened subendothelium, curved intimal elastic lumina, smooth muscle ells (SMC) coming from the media tunica and necrotic masses around the SMC; (3) The more intimal SMC were seen with advancing age. The fundings suggested that the ultrastructural changes of CB were progressively taken place with advancing age. Our results provided anatomical data for further understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of certain cerebrovascular diseases.
