摘要
本文对156例原发不孕症患者进行宫内膜活检,将其各种病变进行归类,分析了每种病变的发病率以及各种组织学改变与不孕症之间的关系。着重讨论了宫内膜分泌欠佳这一组病变中三亚类的组织学特点及其所代表的临床意义与治疗问题。
The endometrial biopsies of 156 cases suffering from primary infertility were performed and the results of various lesions were classifisd.We analysed the morbidity of various lesions and the relationship between histological changes and infertility.The histological features and clinical significance and treatment problem of three subgroups in the endometrial hyposecretion were emphatically discussed.
