在阐述网络化数控系统功能模型和体系结构的基础上 ,提出了网络化数控系统的软硬件实现方法。此外介绍了以工控机和运动控制器为平台的系统硬件结构 ,以Browse/Server模式实现系统信息通信和共享技术 ,以运动控制器Gather功能和动态网络数据库实现现场数据的采集和存储 ,以及通过虚拟控制面板实现远程客户的系统监控和服务等。
It describes the functions and architecture of network manufacture NC system, puts forward the technology of communication and information sharing. Based on the motion controller Gather and network database, it develops the system, which can collect and storage data, inspect and control with long-distance clients.
