对砾石过滤器设计中若干问题的探讨

Discussion on some problems in gravel filter design

砾石过滤器是当今各国最常使用的过滤器型式之一。它与网状过滤器及贴砾过滤器相比具有出水效率高、不易游堵和使用寿命长的优点。笔者在参阅文献及室内试验的基础上,就填砾规格、填砾厚度及滤水管结构型式的选择和缝隙宽度(t)的设计等问题进行了分析和探讨。

The gravel filter is the most commonly used filter in all countries nowadays.Compared with the net type or the adhesion gravel typei it is advantageous in high water output efficiency, not easily to be pluged and will have a long live of usage.Having consulted literature and done laboratory testings, the author makes an approach on the gravel dimensions, thickness of filled gravels, the selection of structural type of filter pipes and the design of seam width etc.
