The Spectral Characteristics of Inclusion Complexes of Flavonoids withβ-Cyclodextrin

用X_射线粉末衍射、差热分析、紫外和红外吸收光谱等测试方法对4种黄酮类化合物与 β_环糊精的包合物进行了表征 ;比较了包合物与游离主、客体的光谱性质的差异。

Fourinclusion complexes offlavonoids withβ-cyclodextrin were prepared,and theywere characˉterized with X-ray powder diffractometry,thermogravimetric analysis,UV and IR absorption spectromeˉtry.The spectral characteristics of the inclusion complexes were compared with those of the corresponding hosts and guests.
