紫外分光光度法测定利血生片的含量

Determination of the content of leucogen tablets with ultravoilet spectrometry

目的：建立利血生片的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法。结果：利血生在10～40μg／ml(r=0．9999)范围内，吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．6％，RSD为0．52％(n=5)。结论：该方法稳定、准确，可作为该制剂中利血生的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a quality control method for leucogen tablets . Methods: by means of ultravoilet spectro photometry. Results: The calibration curves is linear in the range, recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 0.40% (n=5). Concl usion: The method is stable, simple, accurate and can be used for the quality co ntrol of leucogen tablets.
