摘要
本文在阐明企业生态位内涵的基础上,将企业生态位解剖为生存力(反映企业"态"的属性)、发展力(反映企业"态"和"势"界面的属性)、竞争力(反映企业"势"的属性)等3个层面及其相应的6个维度:生产制造能力、核心技术能力、界面管理能力、战略管理能力、营销管理能力、学习创新能力,并建立了企业生态位综合评价的方法。
Based on explaining the meaning of enterprise' ecological niche, the enterprises ecological niche is divided into three layers: the living force (the attribute about enterprises '' ecostate '), and the developing force (the attribute about enterprises ''ecostate 'and' ecorole '), and the competition force (the attribute about enterprises ' ' ecorole'). The enterprises ecological niche is also anatomized into six corresponding dimensions: the ability of production, the ability of core technology, the ability of interface management, the ability of strategic management, the ability of marketing management and the ability of learning innovation. In addition, the method is put forward for measuring the ecological niche.
