摘要
对分属于新疆41科88种高等植物的抗菌活性进行了归纳.这些抗菌植物主要分布在菊科、唇形科、豆科、百合科、蓼科和伞形科.对人体和植物病原菌抗性较强的有土木香 Inulahelenium 、苍耳 Xanthiumsibiricum 、蓖麻 Ricinuscommunis 、荆芥 Schizonepetatenuifolia 、石榴 Punicagranatum 、孜然芹 Cuminumcyminum ,以及蒿属 Artemisiaspp. 、槐属 Sophoraspp. 和酸模属 Rumexspp. 植物.新疆植物的抗菌活性成分和结构阐明还需要进行深入的研究.
This paper reviews the plant resources with antimicrobial activities in Xinjiang of China. Eighty-eight higher plant species belonging to forty-one families, including plant name, the part of each plant studied and the spectra of inhibitory activity, are summarized. Many plant species with antimicrobial activities are mainly among the families Compositae, Labiatae, Leguminosae, Liliaceae, Polygonaceae and Umbelliferae. Of them, Inula helenium, Xanthium sibiricum, Ricinus communis, Schizonepeta tenuifolia, Punica granatum, Cuminum cyminum, and some species in genera Artemisia, Sophora, Rumex were examined to have strong antimicrobial activities against both plant and human pathogens. Studies on antimicrobial compounds and their structural elucidation of the plants are needed to be further investigated.
