摘要
针对井下钢丝绳芯强力输送机断带事故率高 ,胶带使用寿命短等问题 ,采用新的硫化胶接操作工艺 ,增强胶带的抗冲击性 ,同时 ,应用自控液压张紧和电气软起动技术使胶带输送机平稳启动。
According to the problem of high brocken belt accident ratio and low worklife of the strong steel cable conveyor,adopt new sulphuration glue joint processing to increase shock resistance of belt meanwhile use auto control hydraulic tension and the electrical soft start technology to make the belt conveyor start in steady.
