望峰岗选煤厂三产品重介旋流器技术改造实践

Practice on technical renovation on three-product dense medium cyclone in Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant

无压给料三产品重介旋流器系“九五”选煤科技成果。该机在望峰岗选煤厂应用中 ,暴露出当入选原煤质量变差 ,中煤灰分控制不住的问题。为了解决这一问题 ,研制了二段调控装置。通过对二段的补水降低二段的分选密度 ,使中煤灰分得以控制在要求范围之内 ,保证了用户对中煤灰分产品质量的要求。

Three-product dense medium cyclone (TPDMC) which feeds material without pressure is a successful scientific and technical result of coal preparation in '九五'period.The problems that medium coal ash is difficult to control and the quality of raw coal is going poor in the application of Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant are exposed. For sloving this problem,the second stage adjustment and control device of TPDMC has devised.It decreases the separation dense by adding water to the second stage of TPDMC to make the ash of medium coal under the control rang so as to satisfy the demands of the quality of medium coal ash product.
