基于LON技术的异型PLC系统通信兼容性研究

Research of Communication Compatibility Based on LonWorks Technology in Inhomogeneity PLC System

针对工业现场常见的异型PLC设备间的通信兼容性问题提出了一种基于LON技术的解决方案。该方案的突出特点在于利用了PLC产品提供的RS 2 3 2串行通信接口 ,并在通信系统中使用了自行开发研制的LonWorks串口适配器 ,该适配器构成了EIARS 2 3 2 C标准与LON的通信协议之间的网关。本文介绍了串口控制器的工作原理和工作方法 ,给出了通信协议报文的具体结构 ,通信程序的结构框图 ,并且提供了编写通信程序的具体方法。

A method of communication in inhomogeneity PLC system based on LonWorks technology is discussed.A LonWorks serial adapter is used in order to realize the method.The adapter actually works as a gateway between RS-232-C standard and LonTalk protocol.The principle and technique of the adapter are introduced,and the message structure of the communication protocol is provided. The flow chart of the communication and programming method are also presented.
