Parameter Estimate and Measurement of Quadrature Sampling System

介绍了中频正交采样器参数的综合测量与分析方法 ,包括幅相误差、镜频分量 ,以及A/D变换器的信噪比和有效位数等 ,针对信噪比的计算 ,提出了一种消除旁瓣影响的方法。实践表明 ,上述参数分析方法是正确有效的 ,并已应用于雷达接收机综合测量系统。

The methods of analyzing and measuring parameters of the quadrature sampling system,which including gain errors,phase errors,bias errors of quadrature sampling system,and the SNR,valid bit of A/D,are introduced.To calculating SNR,a method is develpoed to eliminate the interference of side lobes.The test results show that the methods introduced above are effective and correct,and have been applied in the radar receiver integrated measuring system.
