用先驱丝法由有机金属聚合物制造SiC纤维

摘要 一、前言现在人们所说的陶瓷是指无机非金属材料,有机金属聚合物则属有机物质,初看起来两者似乎没有关系,实际上有机金属聚合物经高温热裂可以转变为陶瓷。在高分子化学中,合成及研究可作为陶瓷先驱体的聚合物已形成一个新的研究领域,人们通常把这类聚合物叫做前陶瓷聚合物(preceram-ic polymers)。由有机金属聚合物热裂转变为陶瓷的方法,特别适合于制造复杂形状(如膜。
