摘要
以甲基橙的光催化降解为反应模型 ,对TiO2 改性天然沸石 (沸石/TiO2)的光催化性能及影响因素进行了探讨。实验结果表明 :沸石/TiO2 经200℃处理后具有最大的光催化活性 ,其对甲基橙的光降解率与等量的用同样方法合成的经450℃处理的TiO2 纯样相当 ,其TiO2 含量仅为纯的1/10左右 ,易于回收重复利用 ;甲基橙的光降解率随着紫外光光强的增大而增大 ,沸石未改变TiO2 的吸收波段。
Based on the photocatalysis decomposition methyl-orange as the reaction model,this paper probed into the photocatalysis properties and influence factors of TiO 2-modified natural zeolite.The experimental results showed that TiO 2 supported on a natural zeolite treated at200℃had the best photocatalytic activity,the photo-decomposition rate of methyl-orange catalyzed by the sample was almost the same as by pure TiO 2 synthesized with the same method and calcined at450℃,but the TiO 2 content only was about one-tenth of pure TiO 2 .Importantly,it was easy to be retreated and reused.The photo-decomposition rate of methyl-orange increased when the ultraviolet strength increased.Zeolite cannot change the light absorption band of TiO 2 ,that is,vision light has no contribution to the photo-decomposition of methyl-orange.
