汽车盘刹片钢背外形尺寸直接影响汽车的制动性能 ,利用坐标测量机的原理 ,浙江科技学院设计并制造一台能快速测量盘刹片钢背各相关尺寸的专用检测设备。该测量机可满足摩擦材料厂家对钢背外形尺寸质量的进货检验 。

Due to auto disc brake pad plate outline dimension is affected brake performance of auto,useing the theory of coordinate measurer,Zhejiang University of Science and Technology designed and produced this special measurer that can be fast measured the size of brake pad plate.The machine can not only be used for friction material plant to scan the brake pad plate stock quality,but also for plate manufacture plant to inspect the products whether or not according the drawing.
