摘要
分析了光敏层电阻率的非均匀分布及负载电阻不为零情况下对一维位置敏感探测器(PSD)位置误差的影响。分析结果表明,光敏层电阻率的非均匀分布对一维PSD的边缘位置误差影响很小,而负载电阻则是影响边缘误差的主要因素。减小负载电阻能够减小PSD的边缘误差。
The causes for errors in position determination were analyzed according to non-homogeneous resistivity in the p-type position sensitive detector (PSD) layer and finite conductivity of load resistance. The results indicate that the influence of non-homogeneous resistivity on fringe position determination is very low and the load resistance is the main cause. Minimizing the load resistance can also minimize the errors in fringe position determination.
