摘要
该涂料采用甲基丙烯甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和N 羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)四元单体共聚而成。探讨了共聚体系中各单体的组成、乳化剂的用量和比率对涂料性能的影响以及影响该涂层复制全息图衍射效率的相关因素。使用该涂料所复制的彩虹全息图衍射效率可达到6.8%。
A Novel hydro-soluble coating was synthesized by co-polymerization of four monomers: methyl 2-methacrylat (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), methacrylic acid(MAA) and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (NMA). The ratios of monomers and emulsifier were investigated and optimized. The other factors influencing the diffraction efficiency on recording process of laser holography imaging were discussed. The diffraction efficiency was 6.8% from the laser holography images recorded by the coating.
