摘要
提出了一种V型坡口光纹提取以及计算焊接纠偏量的方法。选取3次样条小波函数对图像中的每列灰度信号进行多尺度小波变换得到边缘突变点信息,再利用尺度1与尺度2上的小波变换相乘,以突出边缘、削弱噪声,可靠地提取出V型坡口光纹,最后建立数学模型,计算出纠偏量。本方法图像信号处理简洁、运算量小,可应用于自动焊接的实时信号处理。
A method for detecting the image edge of V-groove and calculating the welding deviation was presented.The cubic spline wavelet was used to transform the image to recognize the edge,in order to outstanding the edge and weakening the noise,the wavelet transformatinon on scale 1 and scale 2 was multiplied each other for recognizing edge of V-groove condidently,and finally the mathematics mold was established to compute the welding deviation.The results show that the image processing is simplified and operation is reduced by this method.It can match the real-time signal processing in the welding automatization.
