黄芪口服液治疗病毒性心肌炎50例

An oral solution of Radix Astragali for therapy of viral myocarditis in 50 patients

50例(男31,女19;年龄37±9a)症状未恢复且有免疫失控的病毒性心肌炎患者经黄芪口服液(健心饮)15g;bid;治疗3-6mo后,α-干扰素效价明显升高。在46例中测得天然杀伤细胞活性亦明显增高。11例进行核素心血管造影,治疗后左室功能明显改善。另12例予维生素C,辅酶A,脱氧核糖核酸等一般治疗者则无上述效应。提示黄芪口服液有调节患者免疫失控及改善心功能的作用。

The effect of oral solution of Radix Astragali (Jian-xin-yin, an traditional Chinese medicine, Astragalus membranaceus) on titers of a-and y-interferon (IFN) natural killer cells (NK) activity and left ventricular function in viral myocarditis was studied in 50 patients (M 31, F 19; age 37 + 9 a). The preparation was given orally 15 g bid for 3-6 mo. At the end of the treatment, the mean titer of a-IFN (4.7+1.1 log 2 U/mL) was significantly increased than before treatment (3.0+1.5 log 2 U/mL, P<0.01). Meanwhile, NK activity (48%+18%) increased also after treatment (64%+ 14%, P<0.01). Cardiac functions assessed by 99m Tc angiocardior graphy were markedly improved. Conventional therapy(Vit C, Co-A, DNA, TF) for viral myocarditis in 12 patients yielded no significant changes. The results suggest that oral solution of Radix Astragali could regulate the loss of control of cellular immunity and improve the cardiac function in patients with viral myocarditis.
