摘要
构建了近红外光谱无创血糖测量系统,研究了活体无创血糖测量时测量界面稳定的影响,得出了测头与接触部位刚好完全接触时为最佳接触状态和测头与被测部位接触30s后为最佳测量时间的结论,保证了测量界面的稳定性。实验结果表明,用偏最小二乘(PLS)回归法建立校正集模型,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.56mmol/L和0.50mmol/L。
The system of non-invasive blood glucose detection by near-infrared spectroscopy was designed,and the influence of interface stability on the measurement was studied.It was determined by experiment that the optimal contact state appears when the probe just contact with the measured position entirely,and the optimal measuring time appears when it is 30 s after the probe contact with the measured position.Experimental results show that under the optimal conditions the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) of partial least square(PLS) calibration models are 0.56 mmol/L and 0.50 mmol/L respectively for two oral glucose testers.
