我国煤炭工业可持续发展存在的问题和对策及科学技术的影响

THE PROBLEM AND TRATICS CONSISTING IN THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF OUR NATIONAL COAL INDUSTRY AS WELL AS THE DEFECTION OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

本文深入分析了我国煤炭工业发展过程中存在的一系列复杂而又尖锐的社会经济问题 ,讨论了这些问题与科学技术之间的辩证关系 ,研究了煤炭工业可持续发展的必要与充分条件 ,提出了一系列解决问题的对策 ,强调了解决这些问题的过程中科学技术和国家政策的作用 ,文中的观点不仅对我国煤炭企业的健康发展有指导作用 ,对非煤炭类的矿业企业的健康。

In this paper,the author analyzes social problems and economic problems,discusses the dialectic relationship between the above problems and technology,makes some researches on the necessary and sufficient conditions of the continuous development of our national coal industry.A series of tratics are introduced.The role of science and technology as well as state policies to above problems is emphasized.The views in the paper play instructive role to the well development of our national coal corporation,so do the other mining corporations.
