硫酸氢钠催化合成乙酸异戊酯的研究

以冰醋酸和异戊醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯,适宜条件是:醇酸摩尔比1.2∶1,催化剂0.2g/0.1mol冰醋酸,反应温度110～136℃,反应时间30min,酯化率为98.9%。

By using sodium hydrog en sulfate as the catalyst ,acetic acid and isoam yl alcohol reacted to form isoamyl acetate.The optimmum conditions were as follows:using0.1mol of acetic acid,molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to acetic acid is1.2∶1,mass of catalyst is0.2g ,temperature is110～ 136℃and reaction time is30min.The esterification yield for acetic acid is98.9%.
