摘要
提出膨润土微波辐照硫酸浸取新方法。由实验确定的最佳浸取条件为:微波辐照强度595W、浸取时间40min、液固比4∶1、硫酸质量分数50%。在此条件下,氧化铝的浸取率可达到97%以上。由X-射线衍射分析结果表明,所得酸浸渣的主要成分为无定形二氧化硅。
In this paper, a new method of bentonite leaching process in sulfuric acid solution by microwave irradiation was presented. With experiments, the optimum acid leaching operating conditions were: microwave radiation power 595 W, leaching time 40 minutes, proportion of liquid to solid 4∶1, and concentration of sulfuric acid 50%. The leaching ratio of Al2O3 was greater than 97%, and the main component of the residue was amorphous silica by XRD with the optimum operating conditions.
