摘要
研究了不同温度和包装袋对贮藏过程中茄子果实冷害的发生、呼吸速率及果肉Vc含量变化的影响。结果表明,在1~7℃范围内,温度越低,果实发生冷害越严重;包装可减少或推迟冷害症状出现。在10~12℃及常温下,薄膜包装可明显抑制茄子的呼吸强度,减少果实中Vc的损失。
The effects of different temperature and modified atmosphere storag e on chilling injury of eg g plant were tested,and the chang e of respiratory rate and flesh Vc c ontent in stored eg g plants were tested at 11±1℃and at room temperature respectively.The result indicated that during storag e at 2±1℃,the fruit s showed incipient visible symptoms of chilling injury (CI 1.6)on the th ird day,and(CI 2.6)on the sixth day,whereas the MAP stored fruits only p resented an index of (CI 1.4)on the sixth day and so did the same tendency at 6±1℃.The MAP treatment could obviously retard or diminish chilling in jury.The MAP treatments could sig nificantly inhibit the respiratory rate,reta rd decrease of Vc in stored eg g plants at 11±1℃and at room temperature .
