毛细管气相色谱法测定烤鱼片中胆固醇氧化产物

摘要 应用毛细管气相色谱法检测烤鱼片中胆固醇氧化物含量。采用自装微型固相萃取柱(Microsolid-PhaseExtraction,MSPE)分离、富集样品中胆固醇氧化物。鱼片中共检出胆固醇氧化物5种,检出限分别为7β-羟基胆固醇:0.28μg/g,5β,6β-环氧化胆固醇:0.40μg/g,5α,6α-环氧胆固醇:0.16μg/g,3β,5α,6β-胆甾烷三醇:0.25μg/g,7-酮基胆固醇:0.38μg/g。线性范围在0.28~2.62μg/g之间,相关系数均大于0.9960。 A method for determination of cholestero l oxidation products in roast fish by capillary gas chromatography was emplo yed in this paper.A microsolid-phase extraction column(1.5mmi.d×15cm) packed with25mg sorbent (silica gel H60)was used to separate and enrich COPs (cholesterol oxidation products)in the roast fish sheet.Five COPs we re tested including7a-hydrocholesterol,5a,6a-epoxycholesterol,5á, 6á-epoxycholesterol,cholestan-3a,5á,6a-triol,7-ketocholesterol .The detection limits were0.28ìg/g,0.40ìg/g,0.16ìg/g,0 .25ìg/g and0.38ìg/g respectively.The range of linearity was from 0.28ìg/g to2.62ìg/g.The related coefficients were all higher tha n0.9960.
