T1/E1 line plays an important role in application of secret communication and connecting LANs. Design and implementation technology of T1/E1 interface under embedded linux environment is discussed, which will greatly contribute to developing Ethernet bridge. In the same time , some technologies can lend themselves to develop other interface on embedded linux platform.
