肺心汤治疗肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压15例临床观察

Clinical observation on Feixin decoction in treating 15 cases of pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary heart disease

目的 探讨肺心汤对肺源性心脏病 (以下简称肺心病 )肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法 采用多普勒超声心动图动态观察肺心汤对 15例肺心病肺动脉高压患者肺动脉收缩压 (pASP)、舒张压 (pADP)和平均肺动脉压 (mPAP)的影响。结果 服药后 ,pASP、pADP、mPAP均呈下降趋势 ,其中服药 60min下降幅度最大 ,较用药前有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;服药 360min肺动脉压仍明显低于用药前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肺心汤降低肺心病肺动脉高压有持续稳定的特点 ,对体循环无影响。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Feixin decoction on 15 cases of pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary heart disease. Methods The pASP,pADP and mPAP in 15 patients with pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary heart disease were detected by Doppler echocardiography. Results The pASP,pADP and mPAP after administration were decreased, of which the 60 min group after administration decreased most significantly (P<0.01); the 360 min group after administration decreased significantly, as compared with that before administration (P<0.05). Conclusion Feixin decoction can decrease pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary heart disease continuously and stably, without effect on systemic circulation.
