^(99m)Tc-右旋糖酐105淋巴显像剂质量研究及临床应用

Quality study of ^(99m)Tc-dextran 105 as a imaging agent of lymphatics and its clinical application

本文通过^(99m)Tc-右旋糖酐105放化纯及在家兔淋巴系统定向试验,评价质量;通过临床使用,验证其实用性。本制剂放化纯显著高于95％,放置时间、温度对其无显著影响;^(99m)Tc-右旋糖酐105明显定向于家兔淋巴系统,腘淋巴结与各脏器摄取量之比均大于180倍;29例病人淋巴系统显影异常率为96％,6例病人淋巴结活检结果与显影图像完全吻合。

This is to evaluate the quality of 99mTc-dextran 105 by determination of its radiochemistry purity, distribution and imaging in rabbits. Lymphoscintigraphy in 29 patients with lymphatic diseases, cancer or carcinornatosis were studied. Radio-chemistry purity of the agent was more than 95 %, regardless of time and temperature.99mTc-dextran 105 was distributed clearly to lymphatic system in rabbits in con-rast to Na 99mTcO4 (P<0.01). Concentration ratios of popliteal lymph node to other organs with 'Tc-dextran 105 were more than 180 times. Percentage of abnormal lymphatic system imaging in patients was very high (96%). This was proven in biopsy and imaging in lymph nodes of 6 patients.
