二巯基络合剂抢救急性杀虫双中毒23例

Antidotal effects of disulfhydryl chelating agents in treatment of acute poisoning of 2-dimethylamino-l,3-bisthiosulfopropane disodium salt in 23 patients

23例急性杀虫双中毒患者:男7,女16;年龄29±10a;重型8例,中型3例,轻型12例。以二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗重型4例:0.25g,iv,3例6h后0.25g,im;中型2例:0.25g,im,q6h×2-3次;轻型12例:0.25g,im,q6h×1-3次。二巯基丁二钠治疗重型4例:3例1.0-2.0g,iv,q2-4h,im×2-4次,1例0.5g,im,q6h×3次。经治疗后临床症状均迅速消失,且全部治愈。

2-Dimethylamino-l,3-bisthiosulfopropane disodium salt (a nereistoxin derivative) is a new insecticide developed in China. Its trade name is Sha-Chong-Shuang (SCS). Twenty three acute SCS poisoning patients (M 7, F 16; age 29+10a; degree of poisoning: heavy 8, moderate 3, mild 12) were treated with sodium di-mercaptosuccinate (DMS), sodium dimercapto-propane sulphonate (DMPS). The dose of DMS: 1.0-2.0g iv, q2-4h im for 2-4 times(3 patients), 0.5g, im, q 6h for 3 times (1 patient); of DMPS: 0.25g iv or im, q6h for 1-3 times (18 patients).After therapy, the clinical symptoms rapidly disappeared and all patients were cured.
