概要说明了LFZ1离心式分子蒸馏装置及其工艺流程,重点介绍分子蒸馏产品密度实时检测分析和自适应控制方法。根据γ射线穿过被测液体产品的衰减规律,测算馏份产品的密度;采用由一种带时变噪声的系统模型推导出的自适应控制器,实现分子蒸馏产品密度自动控制。
This paper briefly describs a molecular distillation equipment(LFZ1).The paper's emphasis is introducing the real-time analyzing and self-adapting control of the molecular distillation product density.In the light of attenuation level of the γ-rays,which pass through the distillation product,soft-sensing the product density.Applying a self-adapting controller based on a system model with unknown varying noise,realize the automatic control of the product density.
