右苄替米特治疗锥体外系反应32例

Treatment of extrapyramidal side-effects with dexetimide in 32 patients

采用右苄替米特和苯海索对抗精神病药物所致的锥体外系反应52例进行双育对照研究。32例(男18例,女14例,年龄28±9a)用右苄替米特1mg/d,20例用苯海索4mg/d,均分2次服,共6wk。经用修正Sampson锥体外系反应量表和药物副作用量表检测,各组治疗前后均有显著差异。

We carried out a double-blind control study on 52 patients with extra- pyramidal side-effects caused by anti-psychotics. Thirty-two patients(M 18, F 14, age 28+9 a) were given dexetimide 1 mg/d and 20 trihexyphenidyi 4 mg in 2 divided doses daily, all for 6 wk. Sampson's extra-pyramidal side-effect and drug side-effect rating scale were used as analytical tool. The results suggested that the effect of dexetimide for treating extrapyramidal side-effects may be similar to trihexyphenidyi which is generally acknowledged.
