摘要
介绍用于喷射成形工艺中沉积坯边缘检测的图像处理技术。基于对喷射成形工艺的分析,采用自适应滤波算法消除图像中存在的噪声,然后采用亚像素级边缘检测算子Zernike精确获得沉积坯的边缘。为提高边缘的定位精度,根据Zernike矩理论推导了两个7×7的模板。实验结果表明,该方法能有效测出沉积坯边缘,定位精度较高,沉积坯尺寸的相对误差≤0.32%。
The image processing method for detecting the edge of deposit preform in spray forming was described. Based on the analysis of noise source during spray forming, adaptive smoothing operator was used to eliminate noise and edge detection technology Zernike moment operator was used to detect edge with subpixel-level accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy, two 7×7 masks were deduced according to Zernike moment theory. Experimental results showed that the technology was efficient and the relative error of deposit preform sizing was≤0.32%.
