摘要
小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞培养基中加入藻酸双酯钠,浓度大于10μg/mL时,培养基内6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)和血栓烷B_2含量显著增加(P<0.001),并具剂量依赖性特点。藻酸双酯钠刺激前列腺素合成的作用可能是其心血管作用的机制之一。
Effect of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) on synthesis of protaglandin in the mouse resident peritoneal macrophages was studied. After the cells were treated with PSS>10ug/mL for 6 h, the levels of 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1 alpha (G-keto-PGF1a) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in the media were increased (P<0.001). The stimulation of synthesis of 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2 by PSS was concentration-dependent. It is suggested that stimulation of prostaglandin synthesis by PSS might be partially responsible for its cardiovascular efficacy.
