摘要
支气管哮喘患者134例,男92例,女42例,年龄3-62a(24±16a)。用沙丁胺醇吸入粉剂(碟式吸纳器/喘宁碟干散剂)治疗,成人400μg/次,儿童200μg/次,qid,共2wk。吸药后5min哮喘症状明显缓解,PEFR均值提高20.3％。吸药前后FEV_1均值、PEFR均值提高均有显著差别(P<0.01),综合疗效判断有效率达87.3％。
One hundred and thirty-four patients (M92, F42, age 24+16a) with bronchial asthma were treated with salbutamol powder for inhalation (Diskhaler/Ventodisk) Single dose 400ug for adult and 200ug for children, qid for 2 wk. Symptoms were markedly improved within 5 min after inhalation Value of PEFR increased by 20.3%. The mean values of FEV1 and PEFR all increased after therapy (P<0.01). The total response rate was 87.3 %.
