摘要
政府间财政收入权的配置格局对整个公共经济体制的功能发挥具有极为重要的影响;我国目前政府间财政收入划分仍存在诸多缺陷,亟待从根本上进行调整优化。本文就此进行了分析,提出了相关的理论见解和方案设计。
The pattern of allocation of revenue exerts an important influence on the public economic system. At present limitations exist in government revenue that demands an urgent optimizing of them. This paper puts forward relative theoretical opinions and schemes and gives a further analysis.
