摘要
介绍了一种采用 Bi CMOS工艺技术制造的具有较大的驱动能力、转换速率和较低的功耗的 AB类输出级。他是利用跨导线性原理实现自适应偏置的 AB类输出级。通过对这种结构的工作原理 ,结构特点的分析 ,仿真得出电阻负载为 2 kΩ ,电容负载为 1 0 0 p F时的最大上升、下降转换速率分别为 4 0 V/μs和 30 V/μs;在± 1 5 V的电源下 ,静态功耗小于 1 0 m W。
Based on the BiCMOS technics,the paper introduces a class AB output amplifier with the powerful driver ability, switch rate and low consumption,which adaptive biasing are realized in the term of the principle of translinear Through the analyzing its operational principle and structural characteristics, we can conclude by stimulating that the greatest rising and falling switch rate are 40 V/μs and 30 V/μs respectively when resistor load is 2 kΩ and capacitance load is 100 pF and static consumption are less than 10 mW when source is ±15 V
