摘要
针对正负脉冲电源中对 IGBT保护的要求 ,提出并分析了一种廉价而简洁的、适用于各种保护电路的控制电路 ,给出了设计时需要注意的问题。该控制电路对于实际操作中可能遇到的过载、瞬时过流。
This paper proposes and analyzes a lowcost and simple control circuit of IGBT, which is suitable for all kinds of protection circuits The problems that we should pay attention to in designing are analyzed The circuit can be used to inspect and control the abnormal phenomena such as transient overcurrent, short circuit in practical operation
