摘要
针对目前我国城市水资源短缺和水环境污染严重的实际情况 ,提出基于 GPRS技术的城市水资源监测系统。由于 GPRS无线通信网络具有永远在线、快速登录、高速传输、按量收费和自由切换等优点 。
